Qrown Design Build was incorporated in 2007 with a simple but powerful idea: that the construction process shouldn't feel adversarial, confusing, or fragmented. Too many clients were caught between architects who didn't build and contractors who didn't design — and the gap between those two worlds was where projects broke down.
We built Qrown to close that gap. As a licensed General Contractor, Roofing Contractor, and Solar Contractor, we carry every major credential under one business, one contract, and one team. That means no passing blame between trades. No lost communication between your designer and your builder. Just a single, expert team responsible for your result.
Our headquarters is in Coral Springs, Florida, and our roots run deep in Broward County and across South Florida.
